M2 Masachsetts-Lowell University of tried its best to erase a two-goal deficit, but M2 Eastern Connecticut State Univ would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 2-1.

A goal by Angus Deane put M2 Eastern Connecticut State Univ up 2-0 in the second period, but M2 Masachsetts-Lowell University of pulled to within one on Tyler Costello's tally 14:28 into the third period.
