Early goals doom M2 Bryant University, falls to M2 Florida Gulf Coast University, 12-2

A five-goal first period deficit cost M2 Bryant University, which could not recover and fell to M2 Florida Gulf Coast University, 12-2.

M2 Florida Gulf Coast University got the win thanks to a great game by Joshua Koerner, who had two goals and three assists. Koerner scored the first of his two goals at 2:42 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M2 Florida Gulf Coast University. Eduardo Leon provided the assist. Koerner's next tally made the score 4-1 M2 Florida Gulf Coast University with 12:30 left in the first period. Steven Noyes assisted on the tally.
