Early goals doom M3-Davenport University (NPS), falls to M3-Oakland University, 15-1

M3-Oakland University jumped out to a four-point advantage by the end of the first period and beat M3-Davenport University (NPS), 15-1.

M3-Oakland University got the win with help from a great game by Zac Massa, who had four goals and one assist. Massa notched his first tally 6:04 into the first period. He then added goals at 15 seconds into the second, at 6:18 into the second, and at 11:14 into the second.

M3-Oakland University's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three M3-Davenport University (NPS) power plays. M3-Oakland University bested its season scoring average. M3-Oakland University averages 7.4 goals per game. M3-Oakland University could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 16 minutes in penalties during the game.
