M3-Oakland University takes care of M3-Saginaw Valley State University early, wins 10-1

M3-Saginaw Valley State University fell behind early, and M3-Oakland University kept piling on the points on the way to a 10-1 victory.

Chris Hellebuyck had two goals and two assists to lead M3-Oakland University. Hellebuyck scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 9:53 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M3-Oakland University. M3-Oakland University had gotten the advantage when M3-Saginaw Valley State University's Trevor Bremer was sent off for roughing. Aj Rosales assisted on the tally.
