Nathaniel Welsh netted a hat trick to lead the M1 Cornell University Big Red over the M1 Binghamton University Bearcats, 6-4.

The Big Red excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in nine chances.

M1 Cornell University also got points from Parker Dietz, who also finished with one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. M1 Cornell University also had goals scored by Michael Habib and Brian Schiff, who each put in one.
