M2 Miami(OH) University beats M2 Indiana University 11-3 as Walsh gets hat trick

Matthew Walsh netted a hat trick to lead M2 Miami(OH) University over M2 Indiana University, 11-3.

Walsh's first goal came 9:01 into the first period. He then added goals at 4:39 into the third and at 5:20 into the third.

M2 Miami(OH) University forced M2 Indiana University's goaltenders to work between the pipes, totaling 56 shots and forcing 45 saves. James Rosen made 30 stops and Jordan Reizen made 15. The defensemen of M2 Miami(OH) University were also effective in M2 Indiana University's zone, and came away with three goals.

M2 Miami(OH) University additionally got points from Wesley Guenther, who also grabbed one goal and two assists and Tim Spicola, who also tallied two goals and three assists to lead the team in points.
