M3-Farmingdale State College beats M3-Southern Connecticut State 6-3 as Markopoulos gets hat trick

M3-Southern Connecticut State could not stop M3-Farmingdale State College's Albert Markopoulos, who tallied a hat trick in a 6-3 win.

Markopoulos notched his first tally 17:05 into the first period. He then added goals at 19:11 into the first and at 8:36 into the second.

With 51 shots on target during the contest, M3-Farmingdale State College exceeded the 1.1 shot it averages per game this year.

M3-Farmingdale State College also got points from Frankie Azzara, who also finished with two goals and one assist. M3-Farmingdale State College also got a goal from Philip Jewell as well. In addition, M3-Farmingdale State College received assists from Michael Tardino, who had three and Mike Jennings, Bryan Conklin, Ryan Ciliotta, Spiros Markopoulos, Shawn Post, and Joseph Petrizzo, who contributed one each.
