Todd leads M2 Lewis University over Michigan Technological University, 9-4

Tanner Todd had two goals and two assists to lead M2 Lewis University to a 9-4 victory over Michigan Technological University.

Todd's tallies came at 15:36 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M2 Lewis University and 10:08 into the third to make the score 8-3 M2 Lewis University.

M2 Lewis University stifled Michigan Technological University's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. M2 Lewis University kept Michigan Technological University's goalie busy throughout the game, and Cason Sjerven made 40 saves on 49 shots. M2 Lewis University struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 36 penalty minutes for five opposing power plays.

M2 Lewis University additionally got points from Patrick Nelson, who also finished with one goal and two assists, Nicholas Johnsen, who also tallied two goals and one assist, and Justin Adams, who also had one goal and one assist. Bradley Hojek also scored for M2 Lewis University.
