In a game where neither team could get a cushion, Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) escaped with a 4-2 victory over Philadelphia Jr. Flyers (MM).

Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) gained the winning advantage on a goal by Luke Edgerton 6:19 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Jordan Timmons had two goals to lead Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM) to victory. Timmons found the back of the net 15:24 into the second period to make the score 1-1 and again while 14:51 into the third to make the score 3-1 Pittsburgh Penguins Elite (MM).
