Dimmitt's big game bests M1 Rochester College in 4-1 M1 Davenport University win

Cameron Dimmitt was all over the ice for the M1 Davenport University Panthers, as he tallied two goals and one assist in M1 Davenport University's 4-1 win over the M1 Rochester College Warriors.

Dimmitt scored at 1:56 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M1 Davenport University and again while 24 seconds into the third to make the score 2-0 M1 Davenport University.

By firing 45 shots on goal, the Panthers exceeded the 7.4 shots they average per game this year.

Others who scored for M1 Davenport University included Kody Polin and Everett Thompson, who each put in one. In addition, M1 Davenport University received assists from Tyler Ploeg, Travis White, Stephen Flood, and Winston Hofer, who contributed one each.

M1 Rochester College's penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three M1 Davenport University power plays. The Warriors could not produce up to their normal offensive output. M1 Rochester College puts an average of 3.3 pucks into the net per game. The Warriors put 22 shots on net during the contest, more than the 1.3 they average per game.
