M3-Air Force Academy United St holds on for 5-3 win against M3-Colorado Mesa University

M3-Colorado Mesa University tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but M3-Air Force Academy United St would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 5-3.

A goal by Luke Amato put M3-Air Force Academy United St up 5-2 in the third period, but M3-Colorado Mesa University pulled to within two on Josh Mathias's tally 18:59 into the third period.

M3-Air Force Academy United St's penalty kill excelled, as M3-Air Force Academy United St gave up one goal despite allowing six power plays.
