Arizini's goals lift M2 Bloomsburg University to 7-2 victory over M2 Susquehanna University

Brandon Arizini was all over the ice for M2 Bloomsburg University, as he tallied two goals in M2 Bloomsburg University's 7-2 win over M2 Susquehanna University.

Arizini found the back of the net 17:53 into the first period to make the score 2-1 M2 Bloomsburg University and again while 4:33 into the second to make the score 3-2 M2 Bloomsburg University.

M2 Bloomsburg University put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow M2 Susquehanna University to score on any of its three power plays. M2 Bloomsburg University forced M2 Susquehanna University goalie Ethan Kupp to work between the pipes, taking 74 shots. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with three goals.

M2 Bloomsburg University also got points from Michael Adams, who also grabbed one goal and three assists to lead the team in points, Chris Slattery, who also finished with one goal and one assist, and Alex Coblentz, who also registered one goal and one assist. M2 Bloomsburg University also got a goal from Kyle Gallen as well. More assists for M2 Bloomsburg University came via George Watkins, who had four and Justin Fricke and Matt Brauckmann, who contributed one each.

M2 Susquehanna University kept M2 Bloomsburg University's goalie busy throughout the game, and Chris Ramsdale made 29 saves on 31 shots. M2 Susquehanna University's penalty kill was ineffective, and let in three goals to M2 Bloomsburg University's power play unit. M2 Susquehanna University struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 16 penalty minutes for five opposing power plays.

M2 Susquehanna University was helped by Eric White, who racked up one goal. White scored 3:13 into the second period to make the score 2-2. John Vitti also scored for M2 Susquehanna University. Other players who recorded assists for M2 Susquehanna University were Jeremy Hand, who had one.

M2 Bloomsburg University incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. M2 Susquehanna University's Kupp stopped 67 shots out of the 74 that he faced.
