M3-North Carolina - Wilmington hangs on, beats M3-Richmond University of 4-2

The M3-North Carolina - Wilmington Seahawks took the lead against M3-Richmond University of in the first period and maintained it until the end of the game to secure a tight 4-2 victory.

Tyler Evangelous provided M3-North Carolina - Wilmington with the game-winning tally when he scored 19:26 into the first period. Erik Kirkham picked up the assist.

Kirkham was all over the ice for the Seahawks, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Kirkham scored the first of his two goals at 50 seconds into the second period to make the score 2-0 M3-North Carolina - Wilmington. Giovanni LaManna assisted on the tally. Kirkham's next tally made the score 3-1 M3-North Carolina - Wilmington with 17:01 left in the third period. LaManna picked up the assist.
