Martin's hat trick boosts Davenport University over Ohio State University, 6-3

The Ohio State University Buckeyes could not stop the Davenport University Panthers' Megan Martin, who tallied a hat trick in a 6-3 win.

Martin's first goal came 16:34 into the first period. He then added goals at 11:28 into the second and at 19:20 into the third.

Davenport University managed to stay out of the box better than usual, tallying one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Panthers finished below its season average of 10.0 penalty minutes per game. Davenport University forced Ohio State University goalie Emily Ciborek to work between the pipes, taking 54 shots.
