Anstett's hat trick boosts M1 Adrian College over M1 Rochester College, 7-3Arrington Ice Arena (Adrian) Fri, Oct 23, 2015 A hat trick by Ted Anstett was the highlight in Bulldogs' 7-3 win against the M1 Rochester College Warriors. Anstett notched his first tally 8:42 into the second period. He then added goals at 9:16 into the third and at 12:58 into the third.The game was close after the first frame, but the M1 Adrian College Bulldogs banged in three goals during the second period to put the victory out of reach for M1 Rochester College. M1 Adrian College's penalty kill was ineffective, and let in three goals to the Warriors' power play unit. By firing 38 shots on goal, the Bulldogs exceeded the 1.8 shot they average per game this year. M1 Adrian College also got points from Tyler Duarte, who also finished with two goals and one assist, Chris Derochie, who also tallied one goal and one assist, and Brad Kobryn, who also had one goal and four assists to lead the team in points. In addition, M1 Adrian College received assists from Zachary Mackay, Cooper Mclean, Josh Hosking, and Archie McKinnon, who each chipped in one. The 26 shots that M1 Rochester College put on net surpassed the Warriors' average of 1.1 shot per game this season. Matthew Schnoes made 23 saves for M1 Adrian College on 26 shots. The Bulldogs totaled 19 minutes in penalty time with two minors and one major and went 2-for-4 on the power play. M1 Adrian College ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Kobryn was ejected from the game. M1 Rochester College's Zakk Olvin stopped 31 shots out of the 38 that he faced. The Warriors incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
