M1 Adrian College rips M1 Niagara University, 3-0

The M1 Adrian College Bulldogs were firing on all cylinders against the M1 Niagara University Purple Eagles, and when the final buzzer sounded Bulldogs emerged with a 3-0 win.

M1 Adrian College was sparked by Brad Kobryn, who racked up one goal. Kobryn scored 4:01 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M1 Adrian College. Marcus Peters assisted on the tally.

The Bulldogs' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four M1 Niagara University power plays. M1 Niagara University was unable to stop M1 Adrian College from sending pucks towards the net, and the Bulldogs eventually piled up 39 shots on goal.

M1 Adrian College also had goals scored by Trevor Benaglio and Chris Derochie, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for M1 Adrian College were Andre Rakas and Justin Fisher, who contributed one each.

The Purple Eagles stifled M1 Adrian College's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. M1 Niagara University was held below its usual level of production. The Purple Eagles put an average of 3.2 pucks into the net per game. M1 Niagara University's offense was handcuffed by the Bulldogs' defensive play, and the Purple Eagles managed only 11 shots on goal during the game.

M1 Adrian College's Matthew Schnoes stopped 11 shots out of the 11 that he faced. The Bulldogs incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Mike Parda made 36 saves for M1 Niagara University on 39 shots. The Purple Eagles incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
