M1 Adrian College penalty kill dominates in 4-1 defeat of M1 Niagara UniversityArrington Ice Arena (Adrian) Sat, Oct 03, 2015 The M1 Adrian College Bulldogs' penalty kill was superb, as M1 Adrian College survived multiple penalties to beat the M1 Niagara University Purple Eagles, 4-1. The Bulldogs were led by Brad Kobryn, who registered one goal. Kobryn scored on the power play 7:16 into the second period to make the score 2-1 M1 Adrian College. M1 Adrian College earned a power play opportunity when Jeffrey Monfils was put in the box for holding. Chris Derochie assisted on the tally. The Bulldogs kept M1 Niagara University's goalie busy throughout the game, and Mike Parda made 36 saves on 40 shots. M1 Adrian College cashed in on power play opportunities, scoring three goals on five chances.
