M2 Penn State University outlasts M1 Indiana Univ of Pennsylvania, 4-2

In a game where neither team could get a cushion, M2 Penn State University escaped with a 4-2 victory over the M1 Indiana Univ of Pennsylvania Crimson Hawks.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Joe Bonazelli's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

M2 Penn State University was led by Bonazelli, who registered one goal. Bonazelli scored 14:46 into the third period to make the score 3-2 M2 Penn State University. John Furst picked up the assist.

M2 Penn State University's offense rang up 41 shots on M1 Indiana Univ of Pennsylvania's net.

M2 Penn State University also got points from Furst, who also tallied one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. M2 Penn State University also had goals scored by Jacob Worcester and Abraham Edson, who each put in one. In addition, M2 Penn State University received assists from Conlan Sodrosky, Josh Singley, and Ryan Urban, who each chipped in one.

The Crimson Hawks stifled M2 Penn State University's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

The Crimson Hawks had gotten the advantage when M2 Penn State University's Kyle Lees was sent off for interference. Nick Harrison provided the assist. Anthony Venezia also scored for M1 Indiana Univ of Pennsylvania. Other players who recorded assists for M1 Indiana Univ of Pennsylvania were Tyler Speis, who had one.
