The Brockville Midget AAA Braves tried to dig themselves out of a two-goal hole, but the Ottawa Midget AAA Senators held on for a 4-3 victory.

Ottawa Midget AAA took a 3-1 lead during the third period, only to have Brockville Midget AAA storm back on a Griffin Patterson goal 7:00 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

The Senators were led by Nicholas Raponi de Roia, who had one goal and two assists. Raponi de Roia scored 11:02 into the third period to make the score 4-3 Ottawa Midget AAA. Danny Johnson assisted on the tally. Ottawa Midget AAA also got points from Johnson, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Others who scored for Ottawa Midget AAA included Merrick Rippon and Marcus Stepto, who each put in one. More assists for Ottawa Midget AAA came via Adrien Bisson, who had two and Jean-Sylvain Boyer, Jacob Lamont, and Nicolas Rousseau, who contributed one each.

Cameron Hebert also scored for Brockville Midget AAA. Other players who recorded assists for Brockville Midget AAA were Jacob Shankar, Jared Elliot, and Colin Marshall, who each chipped in one.

Rousseau recorded 20 saves for Ottawa Midget AAA. The Senators incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Kyle Herbison made 23 saves for the Braves on 27 shots. Brockville Midget AAA incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
