The OHA U17 Midget AAA OHA U16 and the Hawkesbury Midget AAA Hawks played a back-and-forth game, as they traded the lead four times in a 5-4 OHA U17 Midget AAA win.

Nicholas Abbott had a great game for the OHA U16, netting two goals. Abbott's tallies came at 15:02 into the third period to make the score 4-4 and on the power play 18:28 into the third to make the score 5-4 OHA U17 Midget AAA.

OHA U17 Midget AAA excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. The OHA U16 bested their season scoring average. OHA U17 Midget AAA has scored at the pace of 2.4 goals per game during the current campaign.

OHA U17 Midget AAA also got a goal from Andre Guldbrandsen as well. More assists for OHA U17 Midget AAA came via Robert Howatt, Thomas Callaghan, and Yanick Leblanc, who contributed one each and Curtis Egert, Nikita Lopatin, and Dylan Coffey, who each chipped in two.

Hawkesbury Midget AAA was helped by Alex Elie, who racked up two goals. Elie scored the first of his two goals at 1:14 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Hawkesbury Midget AAA. Brandon Legare assisted on the tally. Elie's next tally made the score 3-3 with 16:44 left in the third period. Nicholas Andre picked up the assist. Hawkesbury Midget AAA also got points from Adam Levesque, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Tyler Boivin also scored for Hawkesbury Midget AAA. Other players who recorded assists for Hawkesbury Midget AAA were Liam Calder, Nathan Sauve, Andrew Koudsey-Black, and Brett Romain, who contributed one each.

Dillon Lamarche made 21 saves for the OHA U16 on 25 shots. OHA U17 Midget AAA incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Alex Labreche recorded 24 saves for the Hawks. Hawkesbury Midget AAA incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
