M3-Colorado State University survived a determined comeback attempt by M3-Northern Arizona University on the way to a 5-3 win.

A goal by Jake Christofferson put M3-Colorado State University up 5-2 in the third period, but M3-Northern Arizona University pulled to within two on Tanner Stump's tally 19:37 into the third period.
