Buck leads M2 Duke University over M3-College of Charleston, 5-2

Travis Buck was all over the ice for the M2 Duke University Blue Devils, as he tallied one goal and two assists in M2 Duke University's 5-2 win over M3-College of Charleston.

Buck got on the board by slotting home a short handed goal 18:59 into the first period to make the score 1-1. A hooking call on Kevin Brooke put the Blue Devils on the penalty kill. Mike Schahfer picked up the assist. Buck dished an assist on Michael Doherty's goal that made the score 2-1 M2 Duke University at 12:44 into the second period. He added another helper on Alex Montgomery's goal that made the score 3-1 M2 Duke University at 16:12 into the second period.

M2 Duke University excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. The Blue Devils' offense was clicking better than usual and put 42 shots on goal during the game, better than the 0.1 shots per game they average.

M2 Duke University also got points from Schahfer, who also had one goal and one assist. M2 Duke University also got a goal from Myles Neumann as well. More assists for M2 Duke University came via Alexander Voloshin, who had two and Ben Berger and Peter Galindez, who contributed one each.
