Ryan Green had a standout game with 30 saves, and the Brockville Midget AAA Braves beat the Cornwall Midget AAA Colts 4-1.

Cameron Hebert had one goal and two assists to lead Brockville Midget AAA. Hebert scored 28 seconds into the second period to make the score 1-0 Brockville Midget AAA. Jacob Shankar assisted on the tally.

The Braves' penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as Brockville Midget AAA finished with 16 penalty minutes.

Brockville Midget AAA additionally got points from Jared Patterson, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Brockville Midget AAA also had goals scored by Serron Noel and Rocco Barresi, who each put in one. More assists for Brockville Midget AAA came via Sutton Allard, who had one.

Cornwall Midget AAA excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in seven chances. The Braves were unable to stop the Colts from sending pucks towards the net, and Cornwall Midget AAA eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. The Colts could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 20 minutes in penalties during the game.

Cornwall Midget AAA was led by Noah Konink, who scored the team's only goal. Konink scored on the power play 12:21 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Brockville Midget AAA. The Colts had gained a power play chance when Hebert was whistled for slashing. Mathew Harrington picked up the assist.

Greg Brassard recorded 25 saves for Cornwall Midget AAA. The Colts registered one goal on five power play opportunities.
