The 73s gained the winning advantage on a goal by John Beaton 6:25 into the second period and hung on until final buzzer.

Kemptville Midget AAA was led by Joel Holtrop, who racked up one goal. Holtrop scored 14:01 into the third period to make the score 4-2 Kemptville Midget AAA. Beaton picked up the assist.

The 73s stifled Kanata Midget AAA's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Kemptville Midget AAA also got points from Beaton, who also had one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Others who scored for Kemptville Midget AAA included Patrick Yates, Ryan Pawlikowski, and Devin Saumur, who each put in one. In addition, Kemptville Midget AAA received assists from Zach Cohen, Jack York, and Dean Bucciarelli, who contributed one each.

The Lasers forced Kemptville Midget AAA goalie Luke Cavallin to work between the pipes, taking 35 shots. Kanata Midget AAA's defense let in more goals than it usually has this year. The Lasers average 2.4 goals allowed per game.

Kanata Midget AAA was led by Adam Church, who registered one goal and one assist. Church scored 15:25 into the third period to make the score 4-3 Kemptville Midget AAA. Nathan MacKechnie assisted on the tally. Kanata Midget AAA additionally got points from MacKechnie, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Justin Palmer also scored for Kanata Midget AAA. Other players who recorded assists for Kanata Midget AAA were Mack Miller, who had one.
