Polinski's hat trick boosts M1 West Virginia University over M1 Rochester Institute of Technolog, 10-2

The M1 Rochester Institute of Technolog Tigers could not stop the M1 West Virginia University Mountaineers' David Polinski, who tallied a hat trick in a 10-2 win.

Polinski's first goal came 18:56 into the first period. He then added goals at 8:50 into the third and at 12:14 into the third.

M1 Rochester Institute of Technolog fell victim to a deadly M1 West Virginia University power play, which ripped the Tigers for four goals.

The Mountaineers found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. M1 West Virginia University averages 3.9 goals per game. By firing 49 shots on goal, the Mountaineers exceeded the 0.3 shots they average per game this year.

M1 West Virginia University also got points from Jp Sawyer, who also registered two goals and two assists and Austin Crane, who also tallied one goal and one assist.
