The Brockville Midget AAA Braves and the Smiths Falls Midget AAA Bears were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Brockville Midget AAA made the most of its opportunities and won, 3-2.

The Braves gained the winning advantage on a goal by Rocco Barresi 10:12 into the second period and hung on until final buzzer.

Brockville Midget AAA was led by Barresi, who registered one goal and one assist.

The Braves put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Smiths Falls Midget AAA to score on any of its three power plays.

Brockville Midget AAA also had goals scored by Serron Noel and Cameron Hebert, who each put in one. More assists for Brockville Midget AAA came via Jacob Willard, who had one.

The Bears were helped by Blake Kettyle, who finished with one goal. Kettyle scored 6:11 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Smiths Falls Midget AAA. Connor Drost picked up the assist. Brock Boisclair also scored for Smiths Falls Midget AAA. In addition, Smiths Falls Midget AAA received assists from Sebastien Semerdjiev, Mackenzie Mercier, and Josh Bifolchi, who each chipped in one.

Brockville Midget AAA's Kyle Herbison stopped 25 shots out of the 27 that he faced. The Braves incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Kyle Renaud rejected 14 shots on goal for Smiths Falls Midget AAA. The Bears incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
