Marcus Stepto netted a hat trick to lead the Ottawa Midget AAA Senators over the Gloucester Midget AAA Rangers, 6-1.

Ottawa Midget AAA stifled Gloucester Midget AAA's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Rangers were unable to stop the Senators from sending pucks towards the net, and Ottawa Midget AAA eventually piled up 36 shots on goal. The Senators surpassed their usual scoring output this season. Ottawa Midget AAA averages 3.2 goals per game.

Ottawa Midget AAA also had goals scored by Jean-Sylvain Boyer, Danny Johnson, and Tyler Villeneuve, who each put in one. In addition, Ottawa Midget AAA received assists from Daniel Lambert, Griffin McGregor, Cameron Scrivens, Jacob Lamont, and Noah Haymes, who each chipped in one and Adrien Bisson and Tyler Newell, who contributed two each.

Gloucester Midget AAA struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 26 penalty minutes for nine opposing power plays.

The Rangers were led by Ryan Carroll, who scored the team's only goal. Carroll scored 8:17 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Ottawa Midget AAA. Noah Simpson assisted on the tally.

The Senators' Cedrick Andree stopped 23 shots out of the 24 that he faced. Ottawa Midget AAA incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Jean-Sebastien Gratton rejected 30 shots on goal for Gloucester Midget AAA. The Rangers registered zero goals on five power play opportunities.
