M1 Lebanon Valley College survives M1 Non-ACHA Team comeback, wins 6-5

M1 Non-ACHA Team tried its best to erase a four-goal deficit, but the M1 Lebanon Valley College Flying Dutchmen would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 6-5.

A goal by Bryan Hovanec put M1 Lebanon Valley College up 5-1 in the second period, but M1 Non-ACHA Team pulled to within one on Number Nine's tally 2:49 into the third period.

Michael Straub had one goal and two assists to lead the Flying Dutchmen. Straub scored 10:05 into the first period to make the score 2-1 M1 Lebanon Valley College. Paul Hefferin picked up the assist.

M1 Lebanon Valley College gave up more goals than its normal season average. The Flying Dutchmen average 2.5 goals allowed per game. M1 Lebanon Valley College got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.
