RMC could not stop Mallardville Beavers' James McWilliam, who tallied a hat trick in a 5-1 win.

McWilliam notched his first tally 7:13 into the first period. He then added goals at 12:24 into the second and at 16:46 into the second.

Mallardville Beavers' offense rang up 44 shots on RMC's net.

Mallardville Beavers also got a goal from Andy Lau as well. Other players who recorded assists for Mallardville Beavers were Colin Perry, who had one and Curtis Hughesman and Peter Kim, who contributed two each.

RMC was led by Holden Grant, who scored the team's only goal. Grant scored 16:54 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Amritpal Gill picked up the assist.

Shaun Neufeld rejected 22 shots on goal for Mallardville Beavers. Mallardville Beavers avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays. RMC's Gill stopped 39 shots out of the 44 that he faced. RMC ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
