M3-Oakland University blows out M3-Grand Valley State University, 6-2

M3-Oakland University had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over M3-Grand Valley State University.

Chris Hellebuyck had two goals to lead M3-Oakland University to victory. Hellebuyck's tallies came at 59 seconds into the first period to make the score 1-0 M3-Oakland University and on the power play 3:12 into the first to make the score 3-0 M3-Oakland University.
