Ramondelli nets hat trick, leads M1 Lehigh University to 7-0 win over M2 Kutztown University

Christopher Ramondelli lifted the M1 Lehigh University Mountain Hawks to a 7-0 victory with a hat trick against M2 Kutztown University.

Ramondelli's first goal came 2:08 into the second period. He then added goals at 8:19 into the second and at 18:49 into the second.

Patrick Walgren frustrated M2 Kutztown University's offense all game, and stopped 33 shots en route to a shutout. Walgren managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 5.23 prior to the game.

M1 Lehigh University forced M2 Kutztown University's netminders to work between the pipes, racking up 39 shots and forcing 32 saves. Kevin Koerner made 10 stops and Colin Jensen made 22.

M1 Lehigh University also got points from Kevin McGee, who also finished with one goal and two assists and Evan Goldstein, who also grabbed two goals and one assist. M1 Lehigh University also got a goal from Adam Goldstein as well. In addition, M1 Lehigh University received assists from Andrew Clayton, who had two, Scott Reville and Eric DelGizzo, who contributed one each, and Joseph Ramondelli and Scott Mogerley, who each chipped in three.

M2 Kutztown University did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. M2 Kutztown University puts an average of 4.1 pucks into the net per game. M2 Kutztown University forced the Mountain Hawks goalie Walgren to work between the pipes, taking 33 shots.

M1 Lehigh University incurred 24 minutes in penalty time with two minors. M2 Kutztown University incurred 28 minutes in penalty time with four minors.
