Defeo nets hat trick, leads M1 Stony Brook University to 9-2 win over M1 Naval Academy ^ United States

John Defeo lifted the M1 Stony Brook University Seawolves to a 9-2 victory with a hat trick against the M1 Naval Academy ^ United States Midshipmen.

Defeo notched his first tally 11:17 into the first period. He then added goals at 2:32 into the second and at 17:20 into the second.

M1 Stony Brook University's goal total was higher than its season average. The Seawolves have scored at the pace of 5.8 goals per game during the current campaign. M1 Stony Brook University got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed three goals during the game.
