M1 Kent State University wins tough contest against M1 Oswego State University, 4-3Kent State Ice Arena Fri, Jan 29, 2016 The game between the M1 Kent State University Golden Flashes and the M1 Oswego State University Lakers was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end M1 Kent State University emerged with a 4-3 win. No lead was more than two goals during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Jake Hainline at 14:49 of the third period. Hainline had a great game for the Golden Flashes, netting two goals. M1 Kent State University racked up the penalties in the contest, and ended with six minors and two majors for 32 minutes in penalty time. M1 Oswego State University was unable to stop M1 Kent State University from sending pucks towards the net, and the Golden Flashes eventually piled up 31 shots on goal.
