M3-George Mason University survives M3-Liberty University comeback, wins 6-5

M3-Liberty University tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but M3-George Mason University would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 6-5.

M3-George Mason University took a 6-3 lead during the third period, only to have M3-Liberty University storm back on a Zach Moore goal 13:29 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

Tarek Zagade had a great game for M3-George Mason University, netting four goals. Zagade notched his first tally 8:09 into the first period. He then added goals at 16:51 into the first and at 17:20 into the second.

M3-Liberty University was unable to stop M3-George Mason University from sending pucks towards the net, and M3-George Mason University eventually piled up 34 shots on goal.

M3-George Mason University additionally got points from Tyler Dagostino, who also had one goal and one assist. M3-George Mason University also got a goal from Alexander Mandeville as well. Other players who recorded assists for M3-George Mason University were Seve Cordova, who had four and Tyler Lovejoy and Nicholaus Baker, who contributed one each.
