Spellacy leads M1 Ohio University over M1 Illinois ^ University of, 6-2

Patrick Spellacy was all over the ice for the M1 Ohio University Bobcats, as he tallied one goal and two assists in M1 Ohio University's 6-2 win over the M1 Illinois ^ University of Fighting Illini.

Spellacy scored 10:07 into the second period to make the score 3-1 M1 Ohio University. Trent Johnson picked up the assist. Spellacy dished an assist on Joey Breslin's goal that made the score 2-0 M1 Ohio University at 19:14 into the first period. He added another helper on Breslin's goal that made the score 5-2 M1 Ohio University at 13:53 into the third period.

The Bobcats forced M1 Illinois ^ University of goalie Joe Olen to work between the pipes, taking 51 shots.

M1 Ohio University additionally got points from Derek Rahme, who also had one goal and one assist. M1 Ohio University also had goals scored by Matthew Hartman and Michael Palasics, who each put in one. In addition, M1 Ohio University received assists from Michael Harris, who had three and Grant Hazel and Reilly Moore, who contributed one each.
