M1 Minot State University survives M1 Colorado ^ University of comeback, wins 3-2

The M1 Minot State University Beavers survived a determined comeback attempt by the M1 Colorado ^ University of Golden Buffaloes on the way to a 3-2 win.

M1 Minot State University made the score 3-1 on a goal by Bryce Lipinski at 12:44 in the third period, and M1 Colorado ^ University of got as close as 3-2 when Jake Bauer scored 17:20 into the third period.

The Beavers pulled out the victory even though they were hit with 48 penalty minutes.

M1 Minot State University did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. The Beavers average 5.6 goals per game. The Golden Buffaloes were unable to stop M1 Minot State University from sending pucks towards the net, and the Beavers eventually piled up 45 shots on goal.
