M2 Southern California University holds on for 5-4 win against M2 California-Los Angeles Univ

M2 California-Los Angeles Univ tried to dig itself out of a two-goal hole, but M2 Southern California University held on for a 5-4 victory.

M2 Southern California University made the score 4-2 on a goal by Travis Schwartz at 15:18 in the second period, and M2 California-Los Angeles Univ got as close as 4-3 when Nicholas Katzaroff scored 3:25 into the third period.

Cory Newman had two goals and one assist to lead M2 Southern California University. Newman scored the first of his two goals at 19:50 into the first period to make the score 2-2.
