The Pembroke Midget AAA Lumber Kings had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-1 win over the Smiths Falls Midget AAA Bears. Pembroke Midget AAA was paced by Reid Barber, who grabbed one goal. Barber scored 4:07 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Pembroke Midget AAA. Kiefer Levasseur assisted on the tally. The Lumber Kings put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Smiths Falls Midget AAA to score on any of its four power plays.
