Jeffries leads OTTAWA to shutout victory over CAMBRIDGE

OTTAWA used a sparkling performance by Kailen Jeffries to take down CAMBRIDGE, as the netminder did not allow a goal in OTTAWA's 3-0 shutout victory.

Shana Alexander had two goals to lead OTTAWA to victory. Alexander's tallies came at 1:04 into the second period to make the score 1-0 OTTAWA and 19:40 into the third to make the score 3-0 OTTAWA.

OTTAWA excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. OTTAWA was steadier on the defensive front than it has been for much of this season. OTTAWA gives up 2.5 goals on average per game.
