Annie MacDonald netted a hat trick to lead OAKVILLE over BRAMPTON, 8-2.

MacDonald's first goal came 13:13 into the first period. He then added goals at 2:13 into the second and at 1:04 into the third.

OAKVILLE forced BRAMPTON's goalies to work without much rest, firing 33 shots and forcing 25 saves. Sophia Akhavan-Zanjani made nine stops and Allison Small made 16. OAKVILLE stifled BRAMPTON's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. OAKVILLE bested its season scoring average. OAKVILLE averages 2.4 goals per game.

BRAMPTON was helped by Brittney Gout (A), who tallied two goals. Gout (A) scored the first of her two goals at 5:43 into the second period to make the score 5-1 OAKVILLE. Nicole Augello picked up the assist. Gout (A)'s next tally made the score 5-2 OAKVILLE with 12:27 left in the second period. Augello provided the assist. In addition, BRAMPTON received assists from Erin McNamara (PU), who had one.
