The game between NEPEAN and BARRIE proved to be an even match, as NEPEAN took home the victory by scoring only once in a 1-0 win.

NEPEAN was paced by Helen Markovic, who grabbed one goal. Markovic scored 16:36 into the third period to make the score 1-0 NEPEAN. Orosz provided the assist.

NEPEAN managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. NEPEAN ended up below its season average of 5.0 penalty minutes per game. BARRIE was unable to stop NEPEAN from sending pucks towards the net, and NEPEAN eventually piled up 32 shots on goal.

In addition, NEPEAN received assists from Tristyn Svetek, who had one.

BARRIE stifled NEPEAN's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. BARRIE's offense was handcuffed by NEPEAN's defensive play, and BARRIE managed only 12 shots on goal during the game.
