DURHAM WEST relied on the scoring touch of Nicole Remedios, who netted two goals, to beat BRAMPTON, 4-0.

Remedios found the back of the net 8:44 into the second period to make the score 1-0 DURHAM WEST and again while 12:13 into the second to make the score 2-0 DURHAM WEST.

DURHAM WEST excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

DURHAM WEST additionally got points from Jaden Head, who also finished with one goal and one assist and Maria Dominico, who also racked up one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. More assists for DURHAM WEST came via Lisa Bruno (A) and Saroya Tinker, who each chipped in one.

BRAMPTON stifled DURHAM WEST's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.
