Mikayla Mori tallied one point to lead WHITBY to a 5-1 victory over BURLINGTON. WHITBY forced BURLINGTON goalie Dagny Hudspeth to work between the pipes, taking 35 shots. BURLINGTON stifled WHITBY's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. BURLINGTON's defense let in more goals than it usually has this year. BURLINGTON averages 2.3 goals allowed per game. BURLINGTON was led by Taylor Davison, who scored the team's only goal. Davison scored 12:44 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Sydney Davison provided the assist. Rachel McQuigge made 15 saves for WHITBY on 16 shots. WHITBY incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Hudspeth recorded 30 saves for BURLINGTON. BURLINGTON incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
