BRAMPTON hangs on, beats OTTAWA 1-0

Jamie Bulleid scored the go-ahead goal in the first period, and BRAMPTON held off the challenges of OTTAWA in a tough 1-0 win.

BRAMPTON took over the lead for good with a goal by Bulleid at 8:06 in the first period. Nicole Augello picked up the assist.

BRAMPTON was boosted by Sophia Akhavan-Zanjani, who turned in a shutout with 25 saves. The solid play of Akhavan-Zanjani will be reflected in her goals against average, which pre-game was 1.59.

BRAMPTON was led by Bulleid, who racked up one goal.
