MISSISSAUGA's Mikyla Grant-Mentis scored 3:19 into overtime to beat KINGSTON, 3-2 (OT). MISSISSAUGA overcame a two-goal deficit to capture the victory. MISSISSAUGA was down 2-0 after a goal by KINGSTON's Shelby Sly at 12:16 in the second period. MISSISSAUGA tied things up at 2-2 on a goal by Natalie Marcuzzi (A) at 19:38 in the third period. Grant-Mentis had two goals to lead MISSISSAUGA to victory. MISSISSAUGA kept KINGSTON's goalie busy throughout the game, and Kathryn Jalink made 42 saves on 45 shots. MISSISSAUGA additionally got points from Marcuzzi (A), who also registered one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Other players who recorded assists for MISSISSAUGA were Kaelyn Johnson, Kyra Colbert (A), Brooke Bonsteel (A), and Jacquie Tam, who each chipped in one.
