DURHAM WEST was sparked by Natalie Wozney, who finished with one goal. Wozney scored 4:21 into the second period to make the score 2-0 DURHAM WEST. Saroya Tinker picked up the assist.

DURHAM WEST kept KINGSTON's goalie busy throughout the game, and Whitney Morton made 36 saves on 39 shots. DURHAM WEST struggled to stay out of the sin bin throughout the game as it finished the game with 16 penalty minutes for seven opposing power plays.
