Siobhan Birch provided LEASIDE with the game-winning tally when she scored 14:51 into the first period. Kristin Della Rovere picked up the assist.

LEASIDE was led by goalie Katie Mowbray, who finished with 25 saves while allowing one goal. Despite the solid performance, Mowbray will actually see her goals against average rise, as it stood at 0.6 entering the contest.

BURLINGTON was led by Sydney Davison, who scored the team's only goal. Davison scored 11:50 into the second period to make the score 2-1 LEASIDE. Alexandra Doyle picked up the assist.
