Natalie Wozney had two goals to lead DURHAM WEST to a 5-2 victory over LONDON. Wozney scored at 4:41 into the second period to make the score 2-0 DURHAM WEST and again while 7:11 into the third to make the score 5-0 DURHAM WEST.LONDON's power play was ineffective against DURHAM WEST's penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded. DURHAM WEST stifled LONDON's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. LONDON was unable to stop DURHAM WEST from sending pucks towards the net, and DURHAM WEST eventually piled up 32 shots on goal. DURHAM WEST found itself short handed often, totaling 22 penalty minutes and allowing 10 power plays. DURHAM WEST also got points from Nicole Remedios, who also grabbed one goal and one assist.
