The Columbus Cottonmouths' Cody Freeman scored 1:51 into overtime to beat the Peoria Rivermen, 2-1 (OT). Freeman had a great game for Columbus, netting two goals. The Cottonmouths were led by goalie Brandon Jaeger, who finished with 32 saves while allowing one goal. Jaeger managed to improve on his goals against average, which stood at 2.68 prior to the game.
