Mississippi RiverKings surpassed its season average of 13.0 penalty minutes per game. Mississippi RiverKings put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Huntsville to score on any of its three power plays. Scott Henegar also scored for Huntsville. More assists for Huntsville came via Joshua Ranalli, Matt Robertson, and Kyle McNeil, who each chipped in one.

Garrett Sheehan recorded 32 saves for Mississippi RiverKings. Mississippi RiverKings registered two goals on seven power play opportunities. The Havoc's Kevin Genoe stopped 28 shots out of the 31 that he faced.
